LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Offered annually, the six-month Leadership Development Program builds upon the competency knowledge that supports the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certifications. This program reinforces our commitment to growing leaders within MT|SHRM and the greater HR community.
Designed for entry to mid-level HR professionals, this program is ideal for emerging leaders who want to strengthen their leadership capabilities. Members holding PHR or SHRM certifications will benefit from a deeper dive into SHRM’s core competencies and are eligible to receive up to 25 pre-approved recertification credits.
