MT|SHRM offers a variety of events and programs, including on-line webinars, in-person meetings, workshops, and conferences, throughout the year to help you earn your needed HRCI and SHRM credits. Leadership Development

Offered annually, the Leadership Development Program builds on the body of competency knowledge which supports the SHRM certifications (SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP) and reinforces our commitment to developing leaders of MT|SHRM and our HR community. The six-month program is for mid-level HR professionals who are emerging leaders seeking to develop their leadership skills. Members who currently hold PHR or SHRM certifications will benefit from exposure to the competencies and can receive up to 25 pre-approved credits.   >>Learn More
