Volunteers Needed!

MT|SHRM Mentor Program

Consider giving back to the HR profession by helping the next generation of HR leaders prepare to enter the workforce through the MT|SHRM Mentor Program.

Sign-up to be a mentor to university students for the 2016-2017 school year by clicking the link below.  You will need to log in as a member in order to complete the application.

If you are unable to participate this year, please consider encouraging a colleague or two to participate.

 Registration Deadline: Friday, September 30th.

Meeting Registration Chair

Are you interested in meeting other MT|SHRM members and guests during our monthly meetings?  We are looking for a Meeting Registration Chair for each of our 5 meeting locations. The Meeting Registration Chair will be responsible for preparing the registration table, greeting all meeting attendees and getting them signed in for the meeting, and taking payment (if needed).  The Meeting Registration Chair will also answer general MT|SHRM questions or be able to point them to an MT|SHRM resource for further information.

Leadership Development Program

Do you have a passion for leadership development or would you like to gain skills in leadership development? Our committee is revamping The Leadership Development Program for early 2017, and is looking for committed volunteers to help facilitate. The program will build on the Body of Competency Knowledge which supports certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) and reinforces our commitment to developing leaders of MT|SHRM and our HR community.
