Presented by Jason Michaels,
Speaker, Jason Michaels Programs

The COVID-19 pandemic has wrecked havoc on the workplace. Stress is at an all time high. Uncertainty and lack of focus are the new normal. Working from home and split work-weeks make productivity and motivation virtually impossible. Professional organziations are reporting employees feel more distant from their peers than ever before.

The Pandemic Relief & Resilience Program is the solution for HR professionals who wish to offer their people relief from stress, actionable exercises that strengthen resiliency, increased motivation and productivity, greater focus, team and individual morale building, and the ability to better handle adversity.

Jason Michaels facilitates a 90 minute program that is split into two sessions.

Session #1 is focused solely on building morale, reducing stress, and creating moments of joy and wonder. Jason draws from his thrity years of experience as a magician to create an interactive session of magic, visual illusions, and incredibel true stories. This session is designed to build morale, lower stress, and celebrate your organization.

Session #2 is focused on actionable exercises that strengthen personal resilience and help you better handle adversity. By strengthening resiliency you will be better armed with the tools needed to maintain good mental health, to continue to be motivated and productive, to rpeserve focus, and to deal with the frustrations the pandemic has presented.

Three learning objectives for this program include:

  • How and why compassion is fundamental in the development of resilience.

  • Strategies to successfully program your mind with valuable messages that will help you deal with the pandemic.
