Panelists will share simple actions HR professionals and leaders can take to further gender equality in the workplace. Dr. Aigner George is a corporate consultant pharmacist and host of Nashville New Podcast. She is a proud alumnus of Hampton University. Aigner started her career in academia with Florida A&M University as an assistant professor of pharmacy. She has held a number of leadership positions in addition to her current role as Senior Director of Pharmacy Solutions. Aigner is active with a number of organizations. She serves as the chair of the Young Leaders Society steering committee of the United Way of Greater Nashville. Dr. George is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and serves as the chair the chapter’s strategic planning committee. She is also is a management training and development facilitator as a Model-Netics associate.
Scott Kelly leads broad-based and executive compensation for LifePoint Health, a leading healthcare company dedicated to Making Communities Healthier®. LifePoint owns and operates community hospitals, regional health systems, physician practices, outpatient centers and post-acute facilities across the country. Prior to joining LifePoint, he held leadership roles in compensation and people analytics at HCA HealthCare. Scott began his career as a college admissions professional and transitioned into HR as a Consultant at Mercer. He holds an MBA and MS in Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher College and a BS in Management Science from State University of New York at Geneseo.
