Chris Nichols is the Client Services Manager for endevis focusing on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. At endevis, Chris brings a consultative approach to external stakeholders working with C-Suite, Operational, and Human Resource leaders to build their talent acquisition, talent management, and engagement/retention strategies. Additionally, Chris serves on the endevis RPO leadership team leading B2B marketing efforts and assisting in technology assessments and recruitment marketing campaigns. His organization integrates with its client's internal talent acquisition and human resources teams to provide scalable, high-volume, quality recruitment processes, and practices.
A two-time Eastern Illinois University graduate, Chris is passionate about serving the community. Chris is an active member of the Nashville Health Care Council, Leadership Health Care (where he serves on the Education Committee), and is currently serving a second two-year term on the Board of Directors for the 6th largest SHRM chapter (MT|SHRM) in the U.S. Chris’s family includes his wife Hayley, a speech-language pathologist, and daughters Reese, Gracen, & Beckham while residing in Murfreesboro, TN. just outside Nashville.
Tanner Holmes started her recruiting career as an enrollment advisor for the University of Phoenix. After seven years, she transitioned into a full desk recruiter for a staffing company where she worked with a diverse clientele on a multitude of roles. Tanner now works for Empyrean Benefit Solutions as the Talent Acquisition Partner for the Nashville Branch. Here she not only works as the recruiting partner, but as an advocate for inclusion and diversity. In her spare time, Tanner enjoys boxing, traveling, and enjoying Nature.
Dan George is an award-winning HR, People Analytics, & Strategic Workforce Planning professional with over 15 years of experience helping both Fortune 100 businesses and growing mid-stage startups better manage their workforce. With global expertise spanning many industries, Dan’s unique skill set uses components of data science, process transformation, and storytelling to unite leaders and develop executable strategies that drive competitive advantage.
Dan began his career in Human Capital consulting at Accenture, where he spent nearly seven years integrating systems to create innovative solutions. Following his MBA, Dan built and led Bridgestone’s people analytics practice, designing and growing the team from concept to reality. Most recently, Dan is Founder & CEO of Piper Key, a data and analytics consulting firm focused on delivering services to HR and Finance teams.
Scott Miller serves as the President for Anteris Talent Advisors and offers over 19 years of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experience. He has contributed to the recruitment and development of leadership teams for top healthcare organizations including: Quorum Health, Community Health Systems, LifePoint Health and HCA, as well as numerous small and large healthcare companies and systems across the country.
In addition to his SPHR certification, Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree from Truman State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources from Bethel University.
