Biographies:

Moderator: Daniel is an employee benefits advisor for OneDigital Health & Benefits.  He has over 10 years of experience helping companies develop and manage their employee benefit programs.

He also serves as an active board member in charge of programs for MT|SHRM where he is responsible for booking speakers at the monthly chapter meetings as well as planning content for the 2020 Total Rewards Conference.  He has served on the MT|SHRM Young Professionals Committee since 2017.

Panelists:

Julie Voges, SPHR/SHRM-SCP – Senior Human Resources Consultant, OneDigital Health and Benefits

Julie’s strategic approach to human resources allows her clients to benefit from a long-term global vision while focusing on building the foundation and managing the pieces of daily operations.  She has 25 years of HR experience in a variety of industries including non-profit, diversified financial services, hospitality, technology, manufacturing, construction and water/sewer utilities, and more than 10 years as a consultant.  Julie is a champion for change demonstrated by working hands-on with decision makers to positively influence the work environment at all levels with a special interest on the impact on people. 
 
Julie has been able to elevate the HR platform and focus on organizational development conducting 360 degree evaluations of senior management and implementing detailed succession planning and knowledge transfer programs. HR consulting ultimately allows her to bring together her diverse experience and help clients creatively find solutions for their HR needs. 

Jenni Bedell – Human Resources Consultant, OneDigital Health and Benefits

A seasoned human resources professional and recruitment specialist, Jenni joined OneDigital in 2019. Jenni has an extensive background in HR to include strategic staffing, employee relations, and organizational development. Prior to joining the OneDigital team, Jenni had over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality, entertainment and design and construction industries.

Jenni has a proven track record of success and is a valued resource to clients who are looking to improve their leadership skills and employee engagement. Jenni’s outgoing and collaborative communication style, as well as her innovative approach to employee selection and development, helps clients attract and retain quality talent to their organizations.

Natalie Withers – Compliance Consultant

Natalie is a regulatory compliance consultant, specializing in employee benefits law, plan design, and preventing and detecting compliance deficiencies. She is responsible for analyzing federal and state laws governing health and welfare plans and advising clients on the potential impact of regulations on their business, industry and insurance markets.

Natalie has over nine years of experience in the insurance industry and previously managed litigation teams for the United States Department of Justice. She also serves as a benefits consultant on the OneDigital Tennessee team.
