How to Assess Risk like the C-Suite and What to Do About It
Presented by Alan Hall, Principal Owner, Alan D. Hall, Attorney at Law, PLC

Traditionally risk has been seen as a fire that needs to be put out.  This seminar will help you communicate to the C-Suite that risk is something to be evaluated, managed and mitigated.  Learn a new language so that you can effectively communicate with your chief executives.

As a current practitioner and former regulator, Alan Hall provides a unique insight in to both sides of the risk management equation.

Attendees will:

  • Gain a basic understanding of executive risk assessment.
  • Learn the various risk assessment tools and how to use them.
  • Learn how to mitigate risk by applying knowledge gained in use of the tools in assessment.
  • Engage in scenario-based learning using real world examples of HR risk.

Doors open at 7:15 am for registration and networking. Buffet breakfast begins at 7:20 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 8:00 am.
