Reward Implications and Strategies for Millennials
Presented by Ken Abosch, Compensation Practice Leader, Aon

Organizations are very curious about the mindset of the millennial and there is a lot of speculation about what it takes to attract, motivate and retain them. Over half of our workers will come from this generation by 2020 and close to three quarters of our workforce will be millennials by 2025. It is time to anticipate how our rewards systems and offerings will need to change in the very near future. This session will focus on the key implications and strategies we should be considering in changing our rewards programs in the next few years to make sure were are ready for the next generation of global workers.
  • This session will take a deeper look at the Millenial demographic preferences that employers must understand and address including research describing expectations and differentiators for their preferred work experiences and rewards.
  • This session will address whether Millenial characteristics are different from other large incoming workforces and discuss how age and life stage events may temper some of their expressed future needs and expectations from employers.
  • This session will assess how the themes identified in Millennial preferences may impact our rewards and performance practices and identify where current designs may be insufficient and how these designs may need to change in the very near future.

Doors open at 7:15 am for registration and networking. Buffet breakfast begins at 7:20 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 8:00 am.
