Turning Human Resources into Human Assets
Presented by David Butler, Founder and Principle, WTG Talent Solutions, LLC

Developing human resources is very similar to refining gold. You start with a raw material, put it through a process, add some things, take some things away, and finally select the mold to define the shape of the finished asset. The same process must be followed to truly develop the human resources in which we have already invested. The process doesn't need to be difficult; in fact, simple is better.

I take my audience through some areas in the changing workplace environment that commonly prevent us from refining our workforce and thus not being able to realize their full value.
The key areas are:

  • You can't refine them if you can't retain them
  • You can't refine them if they don't feel valued
  • You can't refine them if they don't know the way
  • You can't refine them if you don't create a place for them to do their best

Schedule: Doors open at 7:00 am for registration and networking. Buffet breakfast begins at 7:20 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 8:00 am.
