Target Turnover within Your Organization
Presented by Michael McKinley, President, McKinley Consulting

New data solutions are presenting opportunities for organizations to improve efficiencies, to do more with less, and to reduce lead time in operations cycles.  One way human resources groups can utilize data within their companies is to better predict turnover and to more quickly take action where possible.
Companies like Google and Facebook are allowing their employees to review their managers as a prediction mechanism for who might leave.  This gives managers feedback on how to be better leaders and allows those firms to be proactive in improving employee satisfaction, productivity, and turnover.

In this session, we will demonstrate a way to track, visualize, and take action on this data.  We will also show the no-code, low-code platform that makes it possible to create a fully customized solution to this and many other problems your organization may be facing.
The point of this session is to show how your teams can similarly build fully customized solutions, making better use of your data and solving real problems fast.  This will be done through using this manager survey application as a real-world example.
Learning outcomes include:

  • Better understand new Microsoft platforms PowerApps & Flow.  These no-code, low-code environments can help your teams create amazing solutions to problems more quickly.
  • See a specific use case that can help your organization predict and take action on unwanted turnover while better utilizing training resources.
  • Understand where to go next if you want to utilize these tools within your organization.

Doors open at 11:00 am for registration and networking. Buffet lunch begins at 11:20 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 12 noon.
