1. Professional MEMBERSHIP
For HR practitioners in roles related to all human resources disciplines such as benefits, compensation, training, development, talent acquisition, talent management, recruiting, staffing, payroll, HR technology, employee relations, coaching, and employment law attorneys.
2. AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP
For non-HR professionals, such as carriers, brokers, financial executives, and anyone who markets products and/or services to HR professionals, and includes all privileges of the Professional Membership.
3. SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS /PROFESSIONAL PLUS+ MEMBERSHIP
Specifically designed for small employers who do not have an HR professional on staff, and lists one member, such as the owner, office manager, accountant, executive assistance, administrative assistant, etc., with “all access" to local events, online database library portal and 800 telephone helpline staffed by HR Consultants and backed by employment law attorneys for real-time HR related questions and answers.
Also available as an enhancement to the Professional Membership type for those who need on-demand access to professional employment law advice.

For organizations with 5 or more Professional or Affiliate members, the following discounts apply:
Naturally, some terms and conditions apply: (the unavoidable fine print)
- Membership is granted to, and stays with, the individual. There is no refund or transfer of membership if a member leaves the employer’s organization. However, a replacement can be added for the balance of the organization’s membership year.
- For discounts to apply, membership dues must be paid annually by the organization in a single payment.
