With more generations in the workplace than ever before, preparing the next generation of leaders is becoming increasingly critical.  This session will take a first-hand look at how to prepare the next generation of leaders while working with common challenges such as limited leadership development resources.  How do we prepare the next generation?  How do we empower them to develop themselves and others?

This informative and interactive seminar will use multiple interactive formats to engage with the audience in a deeper discussion about this increasingly critical topic.

Participants in this session will:

  • Understand the current dilemma facing new and emerging leaders.
  • Discover new ways of thinking about developing new and emerging leaders.
  • Learn practical strategies to empower the new and emerging leaders in your own organization.
  • Recognize the importance of empowering leaders to develop themselves and others.

Schedule: Doors open at 11:00 am for registration and networking. Buffet lunch begins at 11:20 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 12 noon.
